From a favourite photograph or meaningful place to a botanical arrangement inspired by nature, commissions offer the opportunity to turn a special image or idea into an entirely unique piece of textile or paper art.
Each cyanotype is created by hand and exposed using natural UV light, meaning the final image can never be perfectly replicated. The process has its own beautiful element of unpredictability - making your commissioned piece truly one of a kind.
HOW IT WORKS
01 - Tell me your idea
Get in touch by email with your initial idea, along with any photographs, inspiration or details you'd like to share.
02 - LET'S CREATE A PLAN
We'll discuss the imagery, materials, size and overall feel of your piece, as well as what you'd like the finished artwork to achieve.
03 - THE CYANOTYPE ARTWORK
Your design is carefully prepared and exposed to UV light. This is where the magic, and unpredictability, of cyanotype comes in.
04 - YOUR UNIQUE ARTWORK
Once complete, your original artwork is ready to become something you'll be able to enjoy for years to come.
